Marjorie Voss Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Marjorie Voss, 87 of Nashville TN, formerly of Adamsville AL passed away on May 18, 2022. Mrs. Voss was a wonderful devoted wife, loving mother of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and was strong in her Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dainey and Myra Batson; her husband, Roy Gene Voss and her son, Ricky Voss. Survivors include her children, Alan (Gayle) Voss, Roger (Cindy) Voss and Kathy (Tommy) Shackelford; five grandchildren, Tiffany Voss, Ryan Voss, Matthew Voss, Christina Voss and Adam Voss; five great grandchildren, Rhett, Maxton, Ada Lane, Nash and Hallie Mae; two special nieces, Beverly Batson Jones and Brenda Batson Snell and one great niece Annie Welling. Visitation will be held on Saturday May 21 at Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home from 11AM - 1PM followed by Graveside Services at 1:30PM at Midway Cemetery in Adamsville. The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to Southern Care Hospice of Hanceville and Dr. Elias Haddad MD of Nashville for his years of compassionate care and concern. For the greatest love of all is a love that sacrifices all. And this great love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life for his friends.
