Jackie Rebecca Lilley Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jackie Rebecca Lilley went to be with the lord on May 20th, 2022 Born on December 3rd, 1943, in Birmingham, AL. She spent her younger years living in Hayden, AL and attended Hayden High School where she graduated salutatorian of the class of 1961. After graduating she started her career at BellSouth where she worked as a switch board operator. She stayed with the company for 40 plus years and eventually retired from her office on the top floor of the BellSouth building in Birmingham. She married Jeffrey Hodo shortly after high school and they had 3 wonderful children together. Unfortunately, she would lose him to a work-related accident September 15, 1979. She later married Harold Lilley and the two of them lived in Warrior, AL until the day of his death September 4, 2019. She served as a wonderful Mother to her children and Nanny to her grandbabies all her days on Earth. She is proceeded by: Her Parents: Bill John Lang and Maybelle Peters Lang Her Relatives: Uncle Bob Lang, Aunt Lobell Peters, Aunt Ann Campbell, Aunt Gwenda Angle, Aunt Inez Henry Her Siblings: Bill John Lang Jr and Gary Lang Sr. She is Survived by: Her Children: Jeffrey Hodo, Melissa Benz, Michael Hodo, Trecia Lindsey, and Robbie Lilley. Her Grandchildren: Ashely Cagle, Kassie Benz, Alex Bryant, Devin Hodo, Patrick Lilley, Jeffrey Lilley, Derek Benz, Erika Hodo, Carly Hodo, Danica Benz Great Grandkids: Gaia Cagle, Chai Cagle, Jagger Harrison, and Phenix Harrison.
